The PTSO is committed to partnering with our Food Truck Vendors to create a mutually successful event. In an effort to provide a variety of meal options to our guests and ensure that no food truck is in competition with one another, applications and menus will be reviewed prior to confirming vendors. You will be notified by October 1st at the latest if your application has been accepted.

Please note: your credit card will not be processed unless your application has been accepted.

Our Craft Show welcomes about 7,000 guests, 250+ crafter booths (with twice as many artisans), and countless volunteers throughout the weekend. For the success of our Food Truck Vendors, we will limit the number of trucks to 3-4 savory trucks, 1 dessert truck, and 1 coffee truck.

Craft Show Hours:

Saturday 9 - 4 (please be ready to serve by 10, earlier is welcome)

Sunday 10 - 3

*If you are a Food Truck Vendor that we have partnered with in the past, please note that our Sunday Craft Show hours have changed. We will begin and end an hour earlier on Sunday.

*For the safety of our guests, all food trucks must be parked prior to the start of craft show hours!

Brief Menu Description

I, the Vendor, acknowledge that my vehicle shall be parked in the reserved spot no later than one hour prior to the start of the Craft Show each day.*

I, the Vendor, agree to have food available during all Craft Show hours, starting by 10:00 AM on Saturday and 10:00 AM on Sunday. (arriving at least 1 hour prior to start)*

I, the vendor, agree to always provide qualified labor to complete the tasks of preparing and serving food.*

I agree that the coordinators shall be entitled to close down a vendor at any time if the Vender fails to perform, observe, or comply with any term set forth in the contract. However, trucks will not be permitted to drive off location until the Craft Show has ended for the day and it is safe to do so.*

I, the VENDOR, acknowledge that I shall not be entitled to a refund if I am unable to participate after acceptance.*

I, the Vendor, agree that I will cooperate by keeping the Food Vendor area clean. Garbage pails will be provided and maintained by LEHS.*

I, the Vendor, acknowledge that my truck, trailer, and/or vehicle is permitted be left over-night at my own risk.

Terms & Conditions- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. All Vendors must carry their own General Liability and Auto Insurance. Food Vendors shall have appropriate license, insurance, and local health department permit. All pertinent laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health and public safety shall be strictly observed.
2. Vendor will perform work at own risk and agrees to defend and indemnify Lakota Local School District, Lakota East High School, and Lakota East High School PTSO against all loss,
damages, expense, and liability resulting from injury/damage to property.
3. VENDOR agrees to use and pay for the food truck space as described and will not alter their approved menu without the permission of their Craft Show Coordinator.

A non-refundable payment in full for the two days of the Craft Show. ($200.00)

Your card will not be charged. This is an application to reserve your spot at the 2025 LEHS PTSO Holiday Arts & Craft Show. By completing this page, you agree that this payment information will be used to process your payment for the full amount at the proper time, should your application be accepted.
